I love your Sandwich Tiny Home For Rent. My husband and I have a nice backyard in Concord, NC and we have talked about building something similar for guests or our 27 yr old son that recently moved back in with us. What kind of heat/air conditioning are you considering?

Sorry for the late reply. I would recommend mini split air conditioning system, it’s easy to install. I’m sure your son would love to have a private tiny home for himself in your backyard.
