Happiness Is Homemade Link Party #429

Welcome to Happiness is Homemade #429!

Before we start the party, let me share my latest projects:

DIY Upcycled Container with Initial for Spring

Making use of Pringles can is one of the good way to reduce and reuse. I made a DIY Upcycled Pringles can into a flowery container with initial for Spring.

Now, back to the party!

Are you all looking forward to summer cookouts and barbeques? May co-host, Allyson from Southern Sunflowers, has chosen 5 recipes that will be perfect to make and serve at your upcoming outdoor gatherings. Let’s get to the features plus Mel’s Pick of The Week!

Be ready for June, because I’ll be the host for June Happiness Is Homemade Link Parties! June is for Decor Craft Design!

THIS WEEK’S FEATURES!

Lois, from Walking on Sunshine Recipes, shares an Easy Classic Deviled Eggs recipe. I think most people think deviled eggs are a given for all Sunday lunches, holiday dinners, and cookouts. Get egg-cited and head over to her blog to see what ingredients make this a classic!

Rebecca, from Strength and Sunshine, shares a great option for any vegans at your summer gathering. Vegan BLT Pasta Salad is gluten-free and allergy-free. Her pasta has the expected flavors of your favorite BLT sandwich. Be sure to visit her blog to get the yummy recipe.

That Guy Who Grills, shows us how to make Grilled Teriyaki Pork Kabobs. They look mouth watering delicious. Head over to the blog for the recipe and then ignite those grills!

Another classic staple for cookouts, from NancyC, is Creamy Dill Potato Salad. She uses red potatoes instead of regular potatoes and I like the idea of that twist in her recipe. Layer your bowl with lettuce leaves for a nice presentation.

Arlene, from Flour on My Face, has the perfect solution to keep us cool and hydrated in the summer heat. Her Frozen Fruit Punch Cups are easy to make and are filled with a variety of fruit. Visit her blog to see how to make her frozen treats!
